Born and raised in Mexico City, under the shadow of a fig tree. For a while now, living in Berlin, making short films and, someday, features too.
My stories follow ordinary people at moments when the world they knew stops existing and they have to invent a new one. I'm interested in the everyday—not as refuge, but as a place that can still surprise.
My films, in the end, are about moving forward, even when you don't know where you're going.
